The State of Colorado collects the well water meter readings at the end of the summer.  Please be on the lookout for an email from us requesting your reading.

Trash Service

Waste Connections of Colorado Springs has agreed to provide homeowners of FVENA-IV with a group residential waste disposal rate.  Contact them at 719-591-5000 for the FVENA-iv rate.

2019 NEPCO Membership

Forest View Estates Neighborhood Association-Filing IV is a member of Northern El Paso County Coalition of Community Associations (NEPCO).

NEPCO meets generally every other month with meetings open to all homeowners and the general public.

As a member of NEPCO we have the ability to access their website which provides a lot of information about the Tri-Lakes area.  NEPCO serves to facilitate communication and interaction among the member homeowner associations and residential areas of northern El Paso County in order to exchange ideas on topics of common interest to the members, and develop collective responses to the county on issues affecting quality of life.
