Welcome to the Forest View Estates Neighborhood Association, - Filing IV, Inc. We are the residents and owners of some of the most beautiful homes and land in El Paso County near Monument and Palmer Lake, Colorado. We welcome those who are considering investing in a beautiful homesite or purchasing an existing home for a residence you will come to love, as we do.
We are small in number---but large in spirit. We look forward to meeting you.

About Us
Our Neighborhood Association is led by individuals who own homes and lots and are elected for two year terms at our Annual Meeting of the members. Our current Board of Directors names, positions, e-mails and phone numbers are listed under the "About Us", then the Board of Directors tab to the left. They would be great people to talk to if you are considering purchasing a lot or home in our association.
Our Area
We are located Northwest of Monument, Colorado. Travel North of Monument on Hwy 105 and take a left on to Red Rock Ranch Drive. Our homes and properties are located on Forest View Way south of Red Rock Ranch Drive, Heavens Place, Roberts Ridge Place and Deer Valley Court. Watch out for roaming deer, fox, and a variety of other fun wildlife. We are adjacent to Pike national Forest with its many miles of wild and scenic trails. We are within 5 miles of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and close to the base of 9,000 ft. high Mt. Herman in Pike National Forest.
